This is another superb
bear, that became the concept idea for Beryl’s trademark logo on her
stationery. He stands at 19” [48cm] and is again very firmly filled with
woodwool shavings throughout. His covering is of the finest, lush, silver
grey mohair. His four pads are covered in a darker grey velvet. His nose,
mouth and claw stitching are in black twist thread. He has black glass
boot-button eyes and his muzzle is of lightly shaven grey mohair. He wears
a 53grm [1.86oz] solid silver 1” [2.5cm] deep, hallmarked collar with
buckle design and with his name, and 1996 date, disk engraved on it [also
hallmarked]. He is Number 1 of a limited edition of 10, as confirmed by
his unique Passport [full name Jacob George d/o/b March 10 1996]. He also
has his ‘chapple bears’ label stitched into his left side. He has a fully
working deep sounding growler and is a really handsome fellow! |
